The Cheyenne Police Department will present a seminar specifically addressing the changes to state law regarding carrying a concealed weapon without a permit. The program will specifically highlight the changes to Wyoming Statute 6-8-104 that becomes effective on July 1, 2011.

Additional discussion will address how the new law will affect those who already have a concealed weapon permit and important information to citizens who will now choose to carry a concealed weapon. Cheyenne Police firearms experts will be on hand to answer questions during and after the presentation.

This public seminar will be presented at the Cheyenne - Kiwanis Community House (Lions Park) on June 28th, 2011, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This seminar is free to the public. NO FIREARMS WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY DURING THIS SEMINAR.

So the Cheyenne Police Department is holding a seminar on Wyoming's new Constitutional carry law and you are not allowed to carry at the seminar?
