Eastern Sierra Sunset

Last week I mentioned how much I enjoy the evening here in the desert. It topped out today at over 100 degrees. But the sun just went down a while back and it's about 89 and getting cooler.

This time I brought the camera out to the back yard to see if could get a picture of the sunset. Well I missed the actual sunset itself, but the orange sky around the mountains to the east sure is pretty.



A nice sunset, a quiet evening sitting on the patio with my dear wife, enjoying a dish of ice-cream. You tell me I don't have to get up and go to work in the morning and it's a perfect evening.
